"The biggest barrier to success is the fear of failure"

Although its only two short weeks, but I honestly learned alot and overcome the fear of making decisions based on what you believe is right. It is true that creativity needs courage. And that courage is what you need when there are too much freedom of what you can do. I am still 'green' comparing to the people that I'm working with, but I'm very happy that they are willing to teach you stuffs and trust you on certain projects. Some others got hooked up for the position, but I'm like a 野獸, 死就死 la! I believe my own strength.

This month is super busy for me. Intern from Monday to Friday, and AutoCAD class on Saturday. Only one day to take a break. Well, it's all worth it. I have the opportunity to see how design in the real world works and work on a real project.

It is always this dilemma that you want to gain something, sometimes you have to sacrifice something. ummm. I felt something good is going to happen.

過程

一直在學 習，一直在成長，一直都覺得，只要當個勤奮努力的人，早點學多點人生道理，就會早點找到快樂的真諦，會提早一點當個只擁有快樂和安逸的人。

我明白了些事，就是放輕鬆點讓 事情發生，讓自己有機會邊走邊學習解決問題，而不是袋着一堆道理就想走天涯，人生過了幾場才知道錯過了的，是比時間更重要的 “過程”。

Maybe its my fault at the beginning or maybe I am not mature enough to act like a mature person. Whatever happens from now on, I wouldn't comment or say the 'unnecessary'.

Half of the people got really sick after the oyster party. haha Shame on them.
This week's weather is drop-dead gorgeous! no more freezing cold of winter.
My goal for April is focus on my last month of Intern, meanwhile looking for a full time position
I have a good feeling I will find one!

My new Blackberry Bold 9700. Now I am connected to the social world. It is true that you can get more discounts if you call the Rogers call center about issues you are experiencing with your new smartphone. I even asked is it true that i get 2.00 dollar discount off my bill if i chose the "Go Paperless" online payment. But the representative said its a myth. T.T
Now my plan is:

• unlimited evening and weekend

• Rogers bundle 10% off on cable, internet and wireless

Option one: Intern once, sometimes twice a week til August
Option two: Intern full time for one month in April

I guess I will pick option two. This way, I can work on a project from concept to finish.

It is hard to find a good part-time while Interning. And i don't want to find a shitty one and keep switching at the end. Trust me, i quite 3 part-time jobs already!
Also, the office is fully staffed, the possibility for them to hire me is 0%. That is why i decided to go all out at once, and move on with my life in May. The large amount of resume from new grad looking for junior position and intern completely bombarded the email system. (only 3 got reply for intern position, the rest are "rock-sink-big-ocean"). I am starting to find a full time job now. Although i want to be a designer, however, my goal is very flexible. It is a struggle between dream and reality. My reality is money over everything else.

Maybe I should stop chasing unrealistic dreams. Find a good full time job and move on!

綠幽靈 also known as the Green Phantom.

Mine is 清透型 with 墨綠, 紅色 and 紫色 mixed together. It has 聚寶盆, 滿天星 and 千層.

They were impressed by my craftsmanship. hehe. I am the model maker in the office now.
I will be taking the AutoCAD Certificate course at GB starting next sunday.
By the end of July, I should be able to finish the advance course, and ready for the 3D modeling and rendering in CAD in 2011 Jan.
Although I am familiar with AutoCAD, however, comparing to the senior designers in the office, I am like a "dai lung". That's why they recommend me to take this course, since some of them did it as well.
