I've been very superstitious lately.

I think its because I couldn't find a 'real' job for so long after graduation and the part-time jobs I found were either really shitty or like child labour. Therefore, I went to get my 八字 and hopefully can get a general answer from it.

Well, it shows that from 2009 to 2013 will be the worst luck in my entire life. The 'c-fu' said I will not find a stable career until august in 2014! SHit!!!!!!! Well, I only believe 50%. But I still follow his instruction and did 風水陣 to help reduce my bad luck, since it cost really little, so why not give a try and see if that works or not.

O.Noir

Yesterday, I had the most amazing and unique experience night ever. I felt so blessed for having eye sight to see the world. Although only two short hours, I can clearly understand what blind people are going through everyday. How they live in a world that is pitch black, not even a single drop of light exist. They can only feel the surroundings with their sense of touch, smell, hearing, and taste.

In the O.Noir restaurant, we have to order our food before we walk into the dining space. Inside it is complete darkness. We have to put our left hand to the left shoulder of the person in front of us, follow the waitress (actual blind people) in order to get to our table. It took us 5 minutes to know who is sitting beside who, since we can only hear each others' voice only. This means we have no idea what the room looks like nor the food. All cell phone, camera, flash light and luminous watches are prohibited.

We "became" blind for 2 hours and our remaining senses are heightened. We can only use our imagination to picture the space we are in. Thank you O.Noir for given such wonderful experiences and raise the awareness about blind disability.

I will definitely come back again in the future.

FiFi 25

Its FiFi's birthday, and we had tons of fun on Saturday night. Especially when we were taking the group picture, one resembles the kindergarten class. The games we played after the potluck were a little on the dirty side, but everyone seems to enjoying it. haha Nobody got trashed this year which is good in compared to last year. Hope everyone will have a good start this year.

Opportunities?

Decisions, decisions and decisions. God, i hate making choices!

It is not my nature of quitting something that i worked so hard for it. I know sometimes when there's an opportunity comes, I should go for it no matter what. However, after a deep thought, there are many uncertainties and questions comes to my mind. So I've decided to stay and continue on what I started, rather than going into a new place that it doesn't guarantee a position. Another reason is what I'm doing now can eventually open many doors in the future. Also, he mentioned that I'm very talented, creative and have strong potential, but how come I didn't get hire back in October? One of my friend said he was shocked that the other girl got hired and not me. Seriously, her portfolio is nowhere near mine! After all, I was an A+ Thesis student.

Thanks to everyone that helped me and all the valuable feedback.
I have made my decision.
